• Administrator login credentials used to authenticate access.

Access to officer data is restricted to authenticated, authorised users. Sessions are protected and the Portal is served over a secure connection. Administrators are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for the accuracy of the data they enter.

5. Data retention

Records are retained for as long as required for official arrears processing and audit. Authorised administrators may update or remove officer records through the Portal.
